Good afternoon, my name is Patrick and I am from the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. A few companions and I will be stopping by for the upcoming Stonewolf village event. This will be my first event in another chapter and I wanted to make sure I did things right. I had my character sheet sent here and wanted to know if there was anything else I needed to do before registering. My friend Jordan will be joining me and he intends to pay the registration for myself as well as him. If there is anything I need to do or someone I need to talk to please let me know.

Hi Patrick,

I received your sheet, and I think that's all you need to do before you arrive. When you arrive, we'll do a check-in, during which you'll get your weapons checked, list any production items your characters are making, and make sure that everything is a-okay. If you are under 18, you'll need a parent/guardian to sign the release before you come, but otherwise you can fill that out during check-in.

Magic items are limited to 5 at a time at our chapter, and if you have any restricted or LCO items, don't expect them to work. Any such items need to be checked with me during check-in, but Unrestricted items that follow the formal magic rules don't need to be checked.

I'll be making a few posts in the next couple of days that clarify some policies, non-standard effects, and how logistics is going to work (since there will be a few changes since last event), so check back here soon for those.

Understood, thank you for your aid. I am 19, so check-in should run smoothly. I've only been to two previous events, so my magic items are limited in number as is, heh. ^_^ Again thank you for the aid.

Sorry, due to unfortunate and uncontrolable circumstances, my companions and I will no longer be able to attend the event. Hopefully we'll be able to get to a different one soon.
